The FDA has put Cymbalta and Seroquel on its list of drugs to be investigated. You can see the official list at the FDA's site.
Cymbalta is being investigated for possibly causing problems with urinary retention and Seroquel's sample packaging appears to be causing dosing confusion which has resulted in overdoses. Urinary retention is the lack of the ability to urinate and is sometimes seen with tricyclic antidepressants. Tricyclic antidepressants include but are not limited to: Elavil, Sinequan, Pamelor, Vivactil, and Anafranil.
