Debra Moorhead writes about her battle with weight loss in "How I lost 25 Pounds in One Month". This is an interesting article with some very useful information, but I have to wonder how much of the weight was water?

if she has kept it off for 10 years, then it definitely was not any more than 5lbs, net. as much as this goes against popular opinion, there's no denying the fact that 25lbs came off her body and have stayed off for 25years. i've been trying her method for a week with success.
