PBS' "The Secret Life of the Brain"
This is a five part documentary that examines the workings of the human brain from infancy to old age. You can also visit their website and read about the brain and view videos from the documentary at: PBS.org

NOVA: Secrets of the Mind
This series by V. Ramachandran is wonderful. Dr. Ramachandran is one of my favorite experts on the human mind. If you're more of a book reader than a video watcher you might enjoy his "Phantoms in the Brain: Probing the Mysteries of the Human Mind". He writing is accessible yet knowledgeable and always interesting.
