Humour - At times of depression or the void ... humour is a very useful tonic....It sobers you as it consoles you and even tones you up. It is better than the other 'exciting alternatives' which strains your already tensed mind - I suppose.

You are so right. I truly believe that in many cases "laughter is the best medicine" and I "prescribe" it often. Thank you for the reminder.
